Brought back by popular demand, the first dish is the Maple Hills Half Grilled Chicken for Two. Perfectly roasted Maple Hills chicken served with hearty black beluga lentils, Swiss chard and roasted seasonal vegetables.
Pourhouse is also featuring a special grilled T-Bone Steak served with a bourbon and peppercorn sauce and a side of frites with ketchup and house-made mayonnaise – designed for one but large enough for two.
Finish your meal with a rustic Apple Tart for Two. Served fresh out of the oven with our house-made cream cheese ice cream.

Dinner starts with an Aperitivo to enjoy with your Stuzzichino(appetizer) of pork shoulder meatballs napped with a spicy tomato sauce. From there it’s onto an Antipasti Plate of house-smoked beef accompanied by shitake mushroom conserva, and crispy, flavour-packed baby gem lettuce. Now comes the real romantic part – sharing one of Nicli’s authentic Neapolitan Pizzas straight from the oven. This is one of the most achingly sensuous things you’ll ever eat. Neapolitan Pizza is meant to be shared – whether with a lover or a friend (who may become a lover after this experience), you’ll not be able to resist its tantalizing aroma, soft in the middle thin crust that must be torn apart (a joint effort) and flavourful toppings. Purists will opt for the traditional Margherita (pomodoro, grana padano, fior di latte, fresh basil) while more daring couples will dive into the contemporary Bianco (extra virgin olive oil, fior di latte, potato, Nicli's bacon, scallions). One pizza, two people – let the flirtations begin. The night ends as it should, on a seductive note with a Dolci of flour-less chocolate cake, caramelized banana and mascarpone. We all know the ancient Mexicans considered chocolate the ultimate aphrodisiac … and, well, mascarpone…there are no words for it.
Any evening flows a little more romantic with a little vino and GM Gino Di Domenico will be happy to help you select the perfect glass or bottle to add to the evening’s celebratory mood. San Valentino Dinner is priced at $45 per person including Aperitivo.
