Gastown visitors will have the opportunity to step inside the virtual world of augmented reality this holiday season. Escape everything else and watch Gastown transform into something spectacular on your smartphone. In partnership with the masterminds at VMF, they’re bringing the “tree” to the Maple Tree Square Plaza.
Catch these four glowing trees sprout out of the cobble street from three iconic locations around Gastown. Safe from crowds, and available throughout the month of December, this installation can be enjoyed on your own time and shared virtually with loved ones.
