Each No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews dining event is hosted by restaurateur Paul Grunberg and L’Abattoir Wine Director Lisa Haley. Seasonal multi-course menus change each month and will feature elevated French-via-West Coast fare prepared by chef Lee Cooper right in front of guests eyes in an intimate open kitchen.

On Friday August 9th, 2019, No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews will be hosted by Chef Lee Cooper and Chef Derek Dammann of Maison Publique and McKiernan Luncheonette, Rotisserie and Traiteur in Montreal. Chef Dammann partnered with celebrity chef, Jamie Oliver to open Maison Publique in 2012 and this past year partnered with the Joe Beef group to open Mckiernan Luncheonette, Rotisserie and Traiteur.

A seasonal multi-course dinner featuring elevated cuisine and fine wines prepared right in front of guests eyes in an intimate open kitchen for just 8 guests.

All proceeds raised through ticket sales will be donated to our partner, the BC Hospitality Foundation.
