In January, we had the pleasure of having Chef Jason McLeod of Ironside Fish & Oyster in San Diego join us at Coquille for the Dine Out Vancouver World Chef Exchange. Now it’s time for Coquille to go South! Chef Lee will be heading to San Diego in June to team up with Mcleod for his Chef’s Catch Dinner Series. Together they will host two collaboration dinners, one on June 4 and one on June 5. They’ll be shopping the local Tuna Harbor market to prepare a unique, seafood menu.
