When it comes to setting the bar high, Canadian r&b-pop artist Josh Sahunta never lets his feet touch the ground. The self-taught, multi-instrumentalist and singer uniquely positions himself as a songwriter with substance. Drawing upon his influences of John Mayer, Ed Sheeran and The Weeknd, Josh’s songwriting is packed with deeply rich narratives and cool, contemporary soundscapes. He was recently nominated for two Edmonton Music Awards (Male Artist of the Year, and R&B/Soul Recording of the Year) and for a Western Canadian Music Award for “Urban Artist of the Year”.
