Formed ten years ago in North Vancouver BC, The Dadolescents is comprised of musicians from varied and exotic musical backgrounds brought together by the great levellers of age, careers, and family responsibilities. When touring became impossible because of their failing middle-aged bodies, they gathered together to write original songs about their shared experiences of mortgages, bad backs, Sunday BBQs, and receding hairlines. Their break-out song “Monthly Sex Night” was a standout pick in CBC’s Spotlight competition. High-energy tongue-in-cheek punk/pop for the immature adult!
