A musical family, timing, and curiosity form the building blocks of Tim Parent’s trajectory into the Vancouver music scene. As a bass player, he has made a name for himself touring Canada and internationally alongside his two brothers in experimental metal/reggae fusion group Ninjaspy. His high-energy style and outside the box approach to many genres have earned him praise among musicians and audiences alike. On top of backing up other artists such as Buckman Coe, Lemming Dynasty and Scrap Metal Sun, Tim can be heard performing solo with loop pedal accompaniment, improvising elements of funk, jazz, and hip-hop.
