“When I draw, there is always a longing for my hometown or somewhere else, but not where I live. I also think about family and friends who I hung out with in my hometown since childhood. Although now we don’t hang out often because of distance, I still care about how they are doing in life. I think everyone has similar feelings towards somewhere or somebody they hold dear in their heart; so I focused on this longing in creating images for my upcoming exhibition.”
