In the 1970’s, Herbie Hancock decided to take a break from acoustic piano and experiment with electric keyboard and synth sounds. His funk driven group the Headhunters wrote groovy classics like Chameleon, Butterfly and Watermelon Man. This night will feature some of the mainstays in Vancouver’s R&B/Funk Scene.
