On a mission to capture the sound of Django Reinhardt’s hot jazz from 1930s and 1940s Paris, Django’s Jewels are one of Western Canada’s hottest up-and-coming bands in the Django style. The Jewels swing hard and fast, with lots of energy and lots of feels. Their raw swing and vintage sound packs a serious bite not heard often on this side of the Atlantic! Violinist extraordinaire Clara Rose will join Lukas Hyrman (guitar), Aaron Loewen (guitar) and Juan Pablo Gonzalez (upright bass) to form a true Django-style quartet!
