Let’s rekindle the local love for our ‘hoods! Look for a love-themed installation in each participating neighbourhood this month to win a grand prize package (valued at $5000), curated by:

How It Works

Take a stroll through the above neighbourhoods and look for the love-themed art installation.
In Gastown, you can find it at Maple Tree Square, where Water Street meets Carrell Street… and when you do:
  • snap a photo,
  • upload it on Instagram,
  • tag @loveyourcitycontest and @mygastown and
  • use the hashtag #findlovegastown
to be entered to win a grand prize package, including a day of embracing yourself in Gastown with:

Important Things to Note:
  • The contest runs February 1-28, 2021.
  • Any photos posted outside of those dates will not count towards the contest.
  • Photos must be posted to the participant’s Instagram FEED. Instagram stories will not count.
  • Each photo is an entry, there are no limits to entries.
  • Due to the nature of some prizes (alcohol, etc.) participants must be 19+ to collect the prizes but families/children are encouraged to participate in the photo-taking fun.
  • Greater Vancouver residents only.
  • Winners must be able to collect their prize in person, no shipping or delivery will be available. If you are not available for pick up, a new winner will be chosen.
