Salt Tasting Room has partnered with local favourite, Urbani Foods to give you a taste of what it’s like to take an Italian road trip. Inspired by the gas stations in Italy, menu items will include things like Venetian Tea sandwiches, fresh sausages and Arancini balls, which will be free with a glass of wine or beer flight.
In North America, “gas station food” isn’t exactly a byword for quality, but such is not the case in Italy.
