Guilt & Co
Wednesday, March 14
Doors 7pm/Show 8pm
Pay-What-You-Can
Boy Breaking Glass sounds like a band from the future past that never happened, but should have. A driving sound with layers of light and dark. It harkens back to the 80’s New Wave and 90’s trip-hop movements, with modern indie rock approach and intelligent song writing.
Gair Williamson Architects: Inspiration and Aspiration
Inform Interiors
Thursday March 15
5 to 7pm at the Showroom on 50 Water St
The firm was founded in 2003 and, over the past 15 years, has become one of the most prolific practices in the historic precincts, focusing on adaptive reuse and new infill construction. The practice began with the lofty intention to unite the often opposing interests of the community and developer and the conflicting priorities of the art of architecture and the economics of the marketplace.
In this talk Gair will illustrate the buildings, paintings and writings that have inspired the work of the office and the aspirations of the firm’s completed works.
RSVP is required for this event, please fill out this form to attend.
