In 2007, Dave Paterson co-founded the popular Vancouver roots act The Skillet Lickers. Playing everything from country blues to western swing this versatile band includes multi-instrumentalist Stacey Zabolotney on guitars, banjo, mandolin and harmony vocals and James Lillico on standup bass. They are occasionally joined by lap steel master Jimmy Roy (Ray Condo, Big Sandy) on lap steel and legendary drummer Steve Taylor (Ray Condo, Cousin Harley) on drums and washboard.
