Juicebar is Back at Birds & Beets

After a short summer break, Juicebar, the natural wine pop-up is back in business at Birds & Beets, running 6-11pm, 4 nights a week  from Wednesday to Saturday, starting August 15.

With an finely curated selection of all natural wines, founder Siôn Iorwerth will be pouring varieties made from organic and biodynamic fruit, with no added yeast, and minimal intervention in the cellar: arguably a true “natural wine” in every sense.

Expect wines from international producers like Olivier Lemasson from the Loire or Joan Ramon Escoda Sanahuja from Catalonia, with a few local surprises in the mix. Enjoy Naramata bubbly from Bella winery, and new releases from  A Sunday in August and the brand new natural Cab Franc from Keenan Thrussell—the son of the owners at Sage Hill winery.EAST COAST KITCHEN PARTY
