Gastown’s Newest Jazz Night: Is That French

There’s a new jazz night in Gastown. Jazz music and alley’s go hand in hand. Which is why you should be spending your Thursday nights at Is That French listening to incredible live music.

Gastown is home to some of the best live music venues. It is also where jazz musicians from around the country and world dream of performing. With more live music venues than any other neighbourhood in Vancouver, you are guaranteed to find performances in Gastown on any given night.

This includes Gastown’s newest jazz night, every Thursday at Is That French.

Tucked away in Gastown’s historic Blood Alley, Is That French has quickly become “the go-to spot for locals and tourists alike who are looking for an innovative take on Pacific Northwest cuisine.”

The mission at Is That French is to bring people together to enjoy each other over great wine and food – and now incredible live music.

Every Thursday, a local jazz artist will take the “stage” to play live music. Setting the mood, while adding to the uncomplicated and relaxed atmosphere that lives in this intimate venue.

You can also enjoy the recently added l’apero (aka happy hour) on Friday and Saturday. For those looking to get an early bite and a glass (or two) of wine.
