Light Lane: Pedal Powered Art

A limited-time art installation at 1 Alexander St

Light Lane Gastown

Check out the six-week public art activation, featuring three stationary bikes that light up, project artwork, and play music when pedaled. Both day and night (although best enjoyed at night).

The installation has made appearences around the world, including Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, Boston, Chicago, Phoenix, Milwaukee, and Seattle in 2024.

Created by LeMonde Studio, a Montreal/Austin-based collective known for its functional art, Light Lane aims to foster community dialogue and positivity. Artwork in collaboration with Low Tide Properties.

Located at 1 Alexander St (outside of Guilt & Co. and the new Banksy exhibition) for a limited time only.

If using the bikes, please use at your own risk.
