Ok, now it’s time to get creative. When was the last time you put on a show? Tantra Fitness on Water Street is hosting a lap dance workshop for those willing to take it off this Valentine’s Day. If you’re planning an evening out, think shucked and served on the half shell. Waiters at Rodney’s Oyster House wearing tees that read, Eat Me Raw and Try Me Naked, might set the mood. We’ve all heard that oysters have a reputation as an aphrodisiac. Researchers have found that oysters contain amino acids that trigger production of the hormones that give us a little va va voom.

Then, head over to Mosquito. Gastown’s dessert bar will celebrate it’s first anniversary this month. With combos that feature chocolate & beet, matcha & mango or olive oil & citrus, it’s a walk on the wilder side, paired with champagne. I’d recommend making a reservation here. 

If you’re staying in, consider building a basket of goodies that say Netflix & chill. Meadow Gifts has some sweet handmade soap that’s organic, locally made and creatively scented.
