BAMBUDDA

Bambudda is where innovative cuisine and modern ambiance come together for a unique experience. Chef Curtis Luk combines French techniques and Chinese flavours with Asian inspired craft cocktails and a thoughtfully selected beer and wine list.

BLACKTAIL RESTAURANT

Experience a culinary journey that pays homage to the Pacific North West. Blacktail has launched a new menu by Chef Geoff Rogers that features off-cut meats and expertly crafted dishes from farm to finish. In the concept lounge, craft distillery expert, Arthur Wynne creates original and classic cocktails using only local spirits.

CLOUGH CLUB

Clough Club’s craft cocktail list is dark-spirit forward with a focus on barrel-aged recipes served up by some of Vancouver’s finest cocktailers. Carefully selected beer alongside B.C. and Chilean wines round out the menu, while the food is authentic South American tapas, using locally sourced and organic ingredients.

CORK & FIN

Cork & Fin offers a casual dining environment, whether it’s the Raw Bar for freshly shucked oysters, dining on the main level with friends or privacy on the semi-private mezzanine. Come enjoy one of the many share plate items such as the Seafood Tower, oysters on the half shell, chilled mussels and clams, prawns, and Dungeness crab. 

INCENDIO

Specializing in brick oven-fired thin-crust pizzas and pastas, Incendio is Gastown’s original pizzeria, having served the neighbourhood since 1996. With its pleasing combination of exposed-brick walls and dining room seating that includes an open view to the kitchen, the ambiance lends itself warmly to the comforts of savoury hand-rolled gnocchi, flavourful BC and Italian wines, and local craft beers on tap.

THE IRISH HEATHER

In a world filled with ‘Plastic Paddy’ establishments, the Heather stands out as a beacon of authenticity as an Irish House that is owned by Irishman, Sean Heather.

The Irish gastropub has garnered many accolades for its service, food, alcohol and ambiance. It’s also home to the Shebeen Whisky House and the Salty Tongue Cafe, which serves as the dining room for the Irish Heather in the evening and home to the famous Long Table Series.

L’ABATTOIR 

Known as one of the city’s best, L’Abattoir highlights the finer points of eating and drinking in an informal setting. Chef Lee Cooper’s French influenced West Coast fare is paired with Sommelier Robert Herman’s eclectic wine program, and Barman Sean Layton’s innovative cocktail list to offer a truly unique dining experience.

Set in a refurbished brick and beam building that combines classic French tile work with industrial fixtures, natural wood, and glass and steel finishes, the restaurant offers a bar and lounge setting, elevated dining room and plush, sun soaked atrium.

LAMPLIGHTER PUB

Housed in the historic Dominion Grand Hotel, this pub retains its original tin-stamped ceilings, exposed brick walls, stained glass windows and railings. The rest of this storied room has been given a grand renovation, including a new sound system and jukebox, classic pub furniture and flatscreen TVs. A long-time favourite Vancouver watering hole, the Lamplighter is the city’s busiest pub for good reason: friendly service, honest local pub fare and a large selection of craft beer and cocktails.

OLD SPAGHETTI FACTORY

Old Spaghetti Factory is a living museum of Canada’s colourful past. People have returned time and again to enjoy their reasonably priced food in unique surroundings for over 35 years. The menu includes a wide range of delicious selections such as veal parmigiana, New York steak, tender breast of chicken and feature rib dinner.

POURHOUSE

Embrace the sublime pleasure of a drink, the joy of good food and the comfort of family. Pourhouse is born of century-old styles of drinking and dining. SALT TASTING ROOM

Salt is a tasting room specializing in artisanal cheese, small-batch cured meats, and a dynamic array of wines, beers and sherries. Guests assemble a tasting plate from Salt’s chalkboard’s selection of ten cheeses, ten meats, and ten condiments. Global in nature, one can always expect a sampling of vinous delights from our own backyard, or your favourite wine regions the world-over. The selections change constantly, making it almost impossible to have the same Salt experience twice.

SHIRAKAWA

Shirakawa by Itoh Dining is a modern teppanyaki restaurant that delivers an exceptional Japanese culinary experience. Specialties include Japanese kappo, sushi, teppan grilled Kuroge Wagyu beef from Japan. With a focus on authenticity, everything is made in-house right down to soy sauce and mayonnaise.

WATER STREET CAFÉ

Established in 1988, Water Street Cafe is a Gastown cornerstone overlooking the world famous steam clock. The high ceilings and large windows make for a bright and casual atmosphere. Water Street Café focuses on using only the freshest of ingredients and preparing all items in-house, from daily baked fresh breads to exquisite desserts. The superb menu features the freshest of seafood’s, creative pastas and daily specials all made with imagination and flair.
