Celebrate Your Senses at Durant Sessions
Canadian celebrity chef, Vikram Vij joined up last night with Gastown’s Eric Dickstein of Durant Sessions for the launch of their new eyewear.
Celebrate Your Senses, a shared creative project with Vikram Vij and Gastown’s Eric Dickstein was launched yesterday at an intimate event at Durant Sessions on Cordova Street.
The new eyewear is inspired by the vividly colourful ingredients that go into many of Chef Vij’s dishes. The glasses were on display, paired with the hues that created them – pinto beans, cardamom, cinnamon, chilli peppers and other spices.
Ocular senses were not the only parts catered to, as Vikram and his team pampered the guests with delicious canape’s and bites, carefully choosen for the event.
