Water and Abbott Street are officially back open to traffic following the fire and demolition of the Winters Hotel. Some of the sidewalks may remain closed as fencing will stay in place around the 203 Abbott site. The City continues to work to open as much of the sidewalk and roadway as possible to support residents, businesses, and visitors in the area.
