Gastown Unplugged

Businesses Supporting Local Artists

Now that Patiotown is in full swing it’s time kick it up a notch.

Gastown Unplugged is a new pop-up music series set in multiple locations throughout Gastown. The best part – it’s an initiative put on by our businesses to help support local artists. From jazz to slow jams and everything in between, you can now enjoy live music from the comfort of your favourite patio or while walking down the cobblestone streets.

Music to be announced one day in advance through the @mygastown Instagram page.

Pop-Up Plaza

Carrall St. between Powell and Cordova is being transformed into a pop-up plaza. The plaza is a part of the City of Vanocuver’s latest measure to give people more space and to help them “safely return to community life” as businesses gradually reopen during the coronavirus pandemic. Meet you at the plaza for a coffee, lunch date or a simple breather?
