Dream Boutique is a stylish haven carrying strictly local designs, a majority of which are manufactured in British Columbia. A visit to Dream is a great way to shop for one-of-a-kind clothing, jewellery, and accessories; and discover collections from emerging designers in the city, such as K. Bower, Allison Wonderland, Jessie Turner, and Justine Brookes, to name a few.
Motherland brings locally-made menswear at a reasonable price. What is unique to Motherland is their store brand, National Standards, a line of mens shirts made with quality cotton/canvas. The designs, patterns, and samples are made in-house, with 95% of designs manufactured in Vancouver.
Retro fashionistas will have a strong appreciation for New World Deisgns. This store houses a stellar collection alternative, pin up, rockability fashion including vintage-inspired dresses, corsets, shoes. Along with brands like Pin Up Couture and Stop Staring, New World carries their own in house designs inspired by 1950s silhouette and the Mad Men television series.
