However, since we live in a time of story-secrecy, corporate privacy, non-disclosure agreements and petitions for a spoiler-free Internet, I’m positive that I’m not allowed to (or, at least, really, really shouldn’t) tell you just how deep that relationship runs.
I can say that just as STAR WARS means so much on such an emotional level for so many of us, so to does it strike us with an immense pride to have them be a part of our community.
While there’s some licensed merchandise floating around our neighbourhood shops, our artists have also been inspired to create STAR WARS art of their own. STAR WARS creates such a tactile world, and we’ve seen that come to life in our real one, with objects you can hold and wear, that’ll make you feel a little closer to what is normally so far, far away.
Without any further sentimentality or waxing poetic, here are some gift ideas for the STAR WARS fan in your life.
